Another garland?! 😱😂 My cousin visited this weekend, and I haven't had the chance to give her daughters something for their birthday. So I made them garlands rather than cards, as it's already been 2+ months since then. This is one of the garlands I made, It's for Yuna!
I used dies from Action Nederland for the garland itself. The paper used is 300 gsm white cardstock.
I blended the backgrounds using:
- Peacock Feather Distress Oxide
- Salty Ocean Distress Oxide
- Blueprint Sketch Distress Oxide
- Chipped Sapphire Distress Oxide
For the grainy, underwater effect I sprayed water on the backgrounds, then dabbed it with a tissue.
The images are from Hello Sweetums' Seas The Day and they were all stamped using Tsukineko Memento Tuxedo Black.
The letters are from Lawn Fawn's Quinn's ABCs.
Everything was coloured in using Copic markers.
And yes, one of the mermaids and the little fishy were inspired by The Little Mermaid haha 🧜❤️
